● Microsoft Intune – provides device management, compliance enforcement, application protection, and conditional access controls to ensure that only authorized and compliant devices can access company resources.
● Microsoft Defender – delivers endpoint protection, threat detection, automated investigation, and response capabilities to help identify and mitigate security risks before they impact sensitive information.
● Background Checks – All personnel undergo pre-employment screening and ongoing verification processes to help ensure a trusted workforce with access to sensitive information.
● Time Doctor – supports compliance and security monitoring through activity tracking, productivity reporting, and audit visibility, helping ensure adherence to organizational security requirements.
● Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) – provides secure remote access to systems containing PHI through centralized data management, multi-factor authentication (MFA), encrypted communications, and data isolation controls.
